"With the birth of a child, a new world begins."
(unknown)
The first few days with your newborn are unique, quiet, and full of emotion. I capture this special time for you in natural, loving photographs. Without pressure, with plenty of peace and patience, I create gentle images that show closeness, security, and the little details that pass by so quickly.
It's important to me that you feel comfortable and that your baby is the focus. In a relaxed atmosphere, we'll create memories that will take you back to this precious first time, even years later.
This allows me to note the due date in advance – this is particularly important because there is a fixed time window for newborn photography (see below).

"We booked Nicole for our daughter's newborn photoshoot. We were already familiar with her work through a friend and had been absolutely thrilled with it. Therefore, we were certain that she should also do the photoshoot for our daughter.
Nicole took three hours, and thanks to her calm and patience, numerous beautiful pictures were created. You can simply tell how much joy this work gives her and that she lives her passion.
We would book Nicole again anytime and recommend her 100%.
Thank you so much for your great work!"

The first 5 to 10 days of life are ideal for newborn photography. During this time, newborns sleep the longest and are not easily disturbed. The typical newborn characteristics begin to fade around the second week of life, so the photo shoot should be scheduled before this time. Additionally, colic or baby acne often occur in the first few weeks after birth. Therefore, babies older than 12 days unfortunately cannot be included in a newborn photo shoot. I recommend doing a baby photo shoot as soon as the baby can focus their eyes on objects or perhaps even sit up. Beautiful photos can still be taken at this stage.
I'll come to your home! If you have a bright room or a spot by the window, that would be ideal. The room where the shoot takes place should also be nice and warm so the baby feels comfortable.
The baby should be breastfed or bottle-fed shortly before we begin, so that it is full and can relax during the session. My setup takes approximately 15 minutes. I combine photos of parents or siblings individually during the newborn shoot.
A lot of patience, time, and empathy are extremely important. A newborn photoshoot can last up to 2.5 hours, of course with plenty of time allotted for short breaks for feeding, diaper changes, and cuddles.
Clothing for the babies is secondary, as they will either be wrapped in swaddling cloths or I will bring along a few lovely outfits. Ideally, the baby should arrive at the shoot completely naked, just wrapped in a diaper and blanket. For the parents: light-colored clothing that coordinates with each other is best, such as white, light blue/gray tones, or generally any pastel colors. Large prints on T-shirts or neon colors should be avoided.
I will bring headbands, blankets, baskets, bowls, and scarves to the photo shoot. These accessories can, of course, be combined with your own personal items. I will discuss all accessories with you before the shoot.
Depending on how the baby cooperates, you will receive approximately 50+ edited, high-resolution photos in JPG format as a download.
From January 2026: EUR 360
